After visiting another location that didn't have what we needed (but that also had excellent customer service- A1 self storage in Glendale: ask for James!), we decided to come here. Carolina was beyond helpful and sweet. 10/10 for customer service! We found what we were looking for at a fair price. Carolina was very efficient and we were able to move our stuff in right away. The facility itself is clean, new and feels very safe. We're happy we found this place!

A-1 Self Storage has been so easy and efficient for all my storage needs. They have made it such an easy process and it's great that all my belongings are in a safe space. The staff offered us candy and water. SOLD - on great customer service and staff attitude; friendly and helpful. Also prices were the best around after looking around.

Such great customer service they went above and beyond to help me find the right size for my apartment to store things as I am in between places. Pretty safe security and accessible elevators that make the move easier.
