my boyfriend and I used A-1 Self storage in a pinch when we were in-between homes and needed a place to store all of our belongings. Reserving the unit was easy as pie, the price was great and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Very clean and secure facility! Would recommend for any storage needs! Hours of access were great too, made it easy to do trips to and from on week nights.

I love this place! It has been the best experience storing our stuff here while we were in the crazy moving process. A-1 made it so simple and straightforward to do business. I love the hours, because it works with a 9-5p job very well. And the security is fantastic! We really appreciated their friendly staff! Always offering coffee and much needed water. I love my storage space! The load in area near the elevator is spacious enough that two trucks can unload without getting in each others way. It's covered so items are protected from the elements. The units are well lit, clean and spacious. I priced a few units in the area and this was the best deal by far! The check in process was easy and quick. I love that they give 3 free boxes when you checkin. I've done this a year ago when I had to move as well. I'm glad they still offer it. :) Alma was helpful and very personable.
This review is for the customer service provided by Russell. (We do not have a storage unit). Russell helped us communicate with one of their storage customers in setting up a pick up of their items for moving out of storage. Thank you!
Clean & safe, Great location, & Russel was the best : impeccable customers service! The prices are up there but you're paying for the "Great Location". Watch out tho cus if you ain't out by 10pm they're calling 5-0 ----

Wow! What a wonderful experience. My reservation was correct. The registration process only took 3 minutes. This is a very clean and safe facility. Nobody can enter the elevator until they enter their personal PIN, then you're ready to go. The staff is very proficient and friendly. Free use of a flat-bed dolly was offered and I put it to good use. Being on the 3rd floor was not inconvenient at all. The elevator is very large. Thank you A-1 for the free first month rent.
