This review is for the customer service provided by Russell. (We do not have a storage unit). Russell helped us communicate with one of their storage customers in setting up a pick up of their items for moving out of storage. Thank you!

Clean & safe, Great location, & Russel was the best : impeccable customers service! The prices are up there but you're paying for the "Great Location". Watch out tho cus if you ain't out by 10pm they're calling 5-0 ----

Wow! What a wonderful experience. My reservation was correct. The registration process only took 3 minutes. This is a very clean and safe facility. Nobody can enter the elevator until they enter their personal PIN, then you're ready to go. The staff is very proficient and friendly. Free use of a flat-bed dolly was offered and I put it to good use. Being on the 3rd floor was not inconvenient at all. The elevator is very large. Thank you A-1 for the free first month rent. This review has been long over due. I would highly recommend using this facility. Russell (site manager, I think), is so helpful, friendly, professional, patient, and really provides a great customer service experience, he really goes the extra mile. This site is clean, safe, excellent parking, organized and reasonable. If we are being honest, getting a storage unit is about as fun as having the flu. But A-1 makes it as pleasant as it can be. I called several places and they had the best prices in the area and the most friendly staff as well. The facility seems secure and it has climate control so that positive. It's also very clean which is a plus (read - no mice!). Anyway, this is the place to rent if you have to go through that mess!!!

I have used several storage places, and this one is the BEST! The management is organized, efficient, and everyone is friendly and helpful...a far cry from some of the "shady" and disorganized places I've stored in the past. The people are great, and not trying to pull a fast one on you to make $...I only had to store my stuff for a couple of months, and I didn't have to worry about getting stuck in some crazy contract. When we found out that there would be a gap of time between moving our child out of the college dorms and moving her into an apartment, we considered our options. Hiring a moving truck to move her home and then back was quickly discarded due to the cost of truck rental and gas, as well as doing it ourselves. If I could give them less I would. They were friendly at first. The day I went to clear out my unit it was trashed. Only other people that could have gotten in the unit besides myself was there staff. They ransacked my unit. And took what they wanted. And left it trashed.
