know this may sound like i'm angry, well I'm very angry. Nothing is a lie and if I don't speak up they will keep being awful. DO NOT - DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. Valintin and the other employees are awesome. The problem here lies with the Manager Russel. This guy is a jerk, rude with no customer service skills. He is way to busy smoking cigarettes in front of the store to help customers.

Nice staff very friendly and helpfull. Easy access to the units and the facility is very clean, elevators are well maintained and plenty of light. Thank you for the great customer service

Pros: Clean, safe, well lit, air conditioned interior, friendly staff. Initially affordable. Cons: Regular, frequent rate increases. Provided you aren't planning on storing your things very long, you'll have great luck at this facility. It is convenient, easily accessible, and the staff in friendly and helpful. However, it seems that every 6-9 months, there are sizable rate increases of about 15% or so. As units are all priced differently depending on their location in the facility it is difficult to tell if units are priced... read more

Great, friendly service! Alma couldn't be more helpful and pleasant! The spaces are well lit and clean. I would highly recommend them!

A-1 certainly lives up to their name. There isn't much to expect with a storage place, they all offer the same thing, but A-1 has a great staff and prices better than everywhere else I have been. The people here are actually friendly and their facility is wonderful. Definitely stop by if you need boxes or to store stuff... Just like I did!
