The website says 50% off for the first month. I called up and the girl said it's $185/month (already reduced from the regular price $200/month for 5 by 10 unit!!! That is not honoring the " 50%" off for the first month, isn't it?!?

I decided to go to A-1 Self Storage after being a customer at another storage facility. I was happy I made the switch. The representatives were helpful, informed and quite pleasant. The facility was well lit and clean that was very important. I felt that my items were safe and most importantly the price was reasonable.

Great customer service! Great place! Spaces and the grounds are nice & clean, great security for your stuff! This location is big yet it feels small and easy to move around in. Elevators and hallways are spacious for large carts.

This is my fist month with A-1 Storage, and I have no issues so far. The staff is always helpful when I have questions. The facility is clean, and well-lit inside. This is one of the least-expensive(if not the cheapest) storage place in LA. The location is great too. :)

I've been storing my stuff down the street from A-1 at Public Storage but those guys are greedy and unprofessional. They constantly go up on my rent - this time $38 a month. So I drove down to see Valintin at A-1 and he took great care of me. Welcomed me with open arms and a big smile. I found a place bigger than my old unit and saved almost $100 a month. I move a lot, and have been in many different storage facilities all over the country. This one is by far the best I have ever used. The staff oozes customer service, the facility is extremely clean, and the security is top notch! If you need a place to store your belongings, this is the place to use!

know this may sound like i'm angry, well I'm very angry. Nothing is a lie and if I don't speak up they will keep being awful. DO NOT - DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. It's a rip-off and your things are in danger of getting roaches,ants, smoke from bum(older homeless gentleman) that stays overnight and leaves during day. Valintin and the other employees are awesome. The problem here lies with the Manager Russel. This guy is a jerk, rude with no customer service skills. He is way to busy smoking cigarettes in front of the store to help customers.
