Valentin was so hopeful with the whole process. Listen to my desire as to what are my needs for storage uses. He showed storage rental to double check the exact the location and comfort of location. The price matched the online price with no hidden fees. Great overall experience!

I have to say there's a lot of storages in storage facilities throughout the city and throughout this neighborhood community in area but I have owned several storage units at this place for the last 10 years plus it has always been super clean accessibility has always been amazing being able to enter and exit throughout the day until 10 p.m. is a great benefit especially for those of us who work in the industry and sometimes we need things in the middle of the day they also have 24 hour storage availability which also repres... read more

Absolutely incredible customer service. Units are super clean, refreshingly air conditioned, well lit elevator access easy parking to unload, great prices. Everything you want in a storage facility. Rent here no brainer

The one star is for the customer service. Currently have a storage with them and the area is so sketchy. It may be next to the noho arts district but it is filled with homeless people either sleeping outside. Or some creepy people that rent there, and basically live in their storage unit which is against their policy. Pricing of the storage is okay. But I would not suggest coming here at night.

Best storage facility! It's unbelievably clean, safe and it lacks that, "creepy", feeling you get, when you're alone, poking around in your unit. The staff and management are friendly and helpful especially, Valentin, who's an absolute doll. Thank you for taking care of my things. You guys are the best!!

I got a storage because unfortunately my new place will not be ready for a couple months. I made a reservation online and got a call not to long after to confirm the reservation. I had to cancel my first reservation (same day) because I wasn't sure what day I was going to start moving and they were really nice about it and let me know to make another one once I was ready. I have been storing my things here for 6 months and was finally able to move my stuff into my place. What a great experience! The staff is wonderful and there are always carts available. Everything is so easy, from start to finish - You can't go wrong with this place. The move out experience impressed me the most. No 30 days notice required - move your stuff out and you are done! It was nice and easy. Thank you! **They also pipe in music which makes organizing your stuff SO much better**
