Absolutely % satisfied with not just the security and cleanliness of this location but Ms. Brittany superb customer service. I called numerous storage places within the vicinity of A-1 Storage and after visiting the site and storage unit I felt met my needs, ultimately decided on this secure location. I highly recommend this storage facility!

They took great care of my family's belongings and were super flexible with me after my mother died. They were very helpful, compassionate, and accommodating. If you are looking for a place to store you stuff in the area this is it!

I called around town for the best deals, and A-1 had the best specials in town! They have a friendly staff that guided me with all of my questions, I'm really glad I found A-1

The self storage business seems inherently dishonest, this place being no exception. I don't know that any competitors would be better, but customers should be aware of what type of contract they're getting into. Pros: The facility is clean, the prices seem comparable to local competition, Sarah the onsite manger was easy to deal with, and there are carts available to move your things. I wanted to post some clarifications to your Cons list so that other Yelpers can benefit from your review. Our contracts are on a month-to-month basis. That gives you a lot of flexibility with your move-out date, but it is not a long-term contract. We, like most storage companies, move in customers at discounted rates. I attempted to rent a small storage unit for my daughter to use over the summer. She is a teacher and needs to store her classroom supplies. When I inquired online about reserving a unit, Sarah emailed and called me the next day ... ready and willing to help.
