The price was good. But I really liked the security and cleanliness of the facilities. The customer service and ease of payment made my experience positively seamless.
Advertised a 5x10 and it was only a 5x9. Later they put a disclaimer that they are not responsible for the size of the unit, it is up to us to check it out. So apparently you have to check every storage place around for the exact measurements. Here I thought if I have a thing that is 10 feet long it would fit but not true. So now I get a bill saying after 5 months the rent is increasing next month.
