Update - this storage facility has since been broken into AGAIN after this. Thankfully nothing was taken from my unit, repairs were made pretty quickly. However, I have since moved my things to the third level (the higher the harder to get to). And have to complain about the frequent number of transients that go in and out of here in the evening. Been renting here since October awesome Place really secure never see any real sketchy people does not like marijuana every once in awhile but I think the people are smoking outside or surrounding don't have to worry about any of that hearts are always available

What a great facility! Clean, accessible and we'll lit. Nice, clean restrooms also. Our move in and out was smooth and easy. We definitely recommend this location.

I didn't receive my first month free or 3 free boxes like they say they offer. The manager Bryan is extremely rude. He's unprofessional, not helpful and just unkind. I stored my belongings there for 4 months and left because of him. My friend has been storing her stuff there as well for 6 month and also left due to how he treats his customers.If you call customer service to make a complaint regarding his behavior nobody ever calls back to take down the report. Just moved in this past weekend. Great clean facility. Great security compared to most other places, secure gates, cameras, and alarms. Good customer service and well planned facility with everything you need available.

If you have to store stuff, I recommend A-1 in La Habra. The facilities are clean and secure, and the staff are very helpful. I've rented units at A-1 at various times over the last dozen years, and I have never been disappointed. Today, my dad needed to store some stuff, so I took him to A-1 to check it out. Brian was friendly and knowledgeable (as always). He helped my dad figure out the appropriate size unit, showed him around the facilities, and made filling out the paperwork a breeze. I don't know how to leave a worse review than a 1 star. If I could do ZERO stars, I would. Their customer service sucked. I was told someone would be there til 7 to assist me, I got there 6:45 and everything was locked up. I had to use the kiosk to get my storage unit instead. I couldn't read it because of the glare so all the fine print got missed. My dad and I got all my stuff in my unit and we went down stairs at 9:58pm.
