Shawn was great! It was my 1st time getting a rental storage and I was not too sure on how to go about it. I came down to A-1 Storage on Alvarado Rd and asked for assistance since I was thinking about going thru the process online. She made it super easy, she toured the space and gave me great instructions for when I came on my own. If you ever feel unsure on how to go about renting come down to A-1 storage for great service and make your 1st time experience stress free.

Called ahead and the call center was very helpful. They directed me to the physical office. Once I'm the office i was greeted by Shawn who was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to explain what was available. Clean business and friendly customer service. Would recommend.
