I've gotten a storage unit here 3 times over the past 7 years. I've never had any issues with cleanliness or security. The staff is always pleasant, professional, and willing to give you the best deals. Sometimes it might be hard to find a cart, but I attribute that more to people not returning them to designated areas. I would imagine it's not any more frequent than other places.
Shawn helped us out and it was great! Easy to use and straightforward, great unit! Everything seemed clean and saftey measures are in place to make sure the unit is secure.
Just started renting my storage unit at A1 and tHe initial impression was wonderful. Shawn showed me around and made me feel very comfortable with the space. Thanks again!

The facility is awesome, Shawn was very helpful and informative and gave me a tour and all necessary info. And I went around Christmas time and their decorations are so cute!
