The staff here were really friendly! When I had questions or concerns, they were able to address them directly with no confusion. It was also pretty neat and convenient that they were able to show us the storage space before we signed the contract. When I had to provide proof of homeowner's insurance, I was able to complete all the necessary steps quickly. The staff are also extremely helpful and understanding when you call them.
Shawn was super helpful and was great showing how the lock works and how to get into the units!

Stopped by A-1 after work and was greeted by a young lady. She got me what I needed and I was satisfied. Excellent service and I was in and out in minutes. Definitely my go to storage place from now on! :)
We were looking for a place close to SDSU to store my daughter's stuff during the 3 month summer vacation. The staff was friendly and courteous, they explained everything clearly and showed us around. The price is right so definitely recommend it to those considering the same idea. Dawn & Christina in front office are terrific & will help with all your needs. This place is squeeky clean & easily accessible. I moved here from another rodent infested storage on Sherman St & glad I made the move!! You could eat off the floors here...come see their fabulous decorations by Dawn.
Shawn & Kristina are the best!! Not only does this facility hold up to its five-star reviews consistently but the employees have been here for decades and go out of their way to look at the customers as humans hearing all of their needs and accommodating. Very professional and safe storage facility and you can't beat the employees!
