I've been renting at this location for about 3 years and had no complaints about my storage unit or the service. Unfortunately, my unit was one of several that was broken into recently and most, if not, all of my belongings were stolen. The assistant manager, Shawn, has been amazing throughout the whole investigation process and has been doing her best to get this case resolved with SDPD.
