We were greeted by Kristina. She was very friendly and welcoming. We were then helped by Diana. I can't say enough good things about the customer service Diana provided. She took her time and showed us the different size units they had available. Diana was very knowledgeable about the different sizes and their capacity. I felt like Diana wanted us to be happy with our choice. She was very friendly and responsive to our questions. Great job, Diana! Pleasure doing business with you.

Very helpful, got to see different unit sizes. Realized 5x7 wasn't big enough and immediately was able to get the next size up.
Really easy to get to! /And feels safe to walk around, even when it gets dark. The staff here is EXTREMELY helpful and nice, especially Shawn!
Great facility! Super friendly service and super secure. Traveling from Seattle and I'm storing my son's and his roommate furniture for the summer given that they go to SDSU. The customer service at this location is superb!! All details explained and even told me about getting a discount for their lock. Glad I chose this place!

i have used A1- storage to keep my dorm stuff, and Shawn was quite honestly the bomb dot com!! She needs a raise!!! Such cute decor inside and kind customer service!! ;)
