I had a great experience at A-1 Self Storage thanks to Glenda at the front desk. She was so personable, kind, and patient while answering all of my questions. Glenda was very knowledgeable and informative, which really helped me feel confident in my decision. I came in today for my storage unit and Miss Glenda was very helpful with me with the process! I had hard time with my English but she showed patience and understanding! Thank you guys

Upon arrival, I was promptly shown the unit I had inquired about, and they were even able to accommodate my move-in request ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief. The staff was friendly and professional throughout, making the entire process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this location!
