Grace was such a joy to work with. She was professional and informative. Her customer service is impeccable and considering this is the first time I've ever have to use a storage unit she made my experience a smooth and pleasant one. I came in on a weekend towards the end of the day and she was still happy to serve and help. She took her time in addressing all my concerns and questions and even followed up a couple days later.

Grace at A-1 is professional and knowledgeable. Everyone knows moving is stressful. She has a way of putting a customer at ease. A - 1 is a little pricey (Grace has no control over that issue). The units are comparable size to other companies. The company could do a better job with cleaninest between customers. However. I give Grace 5 stars and A- 1 3.5 stars.

Grace was amazing. it was clean and well done. the stairs were wide and accommodating for lifting up bulky items and furniture. only downside I saw was that on the third floor there was no door stops for the doors. had to use boxes to keep open.

Let me start off by saying that the girls working there are wonderful, professional and helpful each and every time I've interacted with them, always going above and beyond. They definitely deserve 5 stars. However, whoever the owner is does not. They conduct a greedy business model that is a complete turn off and that is the reason I will find another storage as soon as possible.
