Their knowledge, personable demeanor, and flexibility has made the task of relocation easier and allowed me to focus on other issues. Place is great. Clean. Friendly. Staff is helpful and kind. Easy to get in and out. Inside temp stays cool. Lots of parking near elevator. All and all awesome place! Only thing is that there aren't very many trash cans if any at all on the property.

Unfortunately, we've learned over the years that when trash cans are provided, they are quickly abused and overwhelmed.

I am so pleased with this facility. Pinky and Grace are som amazing and make sure I am happy with everything ALL the time. I would highly recommend this storage unit. It is in a safe area and well secured. Come and take a look and grab a unit!

This is our first time coming to A-1 Self Storage, and Grace had us at hello! From the moment we walked in the door you could see her glowing personality! She showed us every unit we wanted to see and explained everything so well. Her customer service skills are excellent. She answered every question/concern we had. Grace was such a joy to work with. She was professional and informative. Her customer service is impeccable and considering this is the first time I've ever have to use a storage unit she made my experience a smooth and pleasant one. I came in on a weekend towards the end of the day and she was still happy to serve and help. She took her time in addressing all my concerns and questions and even followed up a couple days later.
