I have rented at A-1 for some time. I commend the cleanliness and security found in the temperature controlled environment. You will notice that if you go into your unit without using your code (following someone else into the gated area) an alarm will go off. It gets recorded. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy renting a storage space was at A1. They were even open on a Sunday which made everything even more convenient. The second story unit we rented was very easy to access, the carts they provide help as well!
This is the most helpful team of people to work with ever! Always friendly and very professional. I've been renting space here for several years now and couldn't be happier with the service. Very clean facility and I never worry about safety. Great storage facility! You won't be disappointed!

I was helping my daughter mover her things in for the summer. I misplaced my key for the cart that I used to move her things in. I was on my way out of town and Brittany and (I think Melissa) were very considerate and asked if I found the key it to just mail it back. Sure enough, we found it when we were unpacking the car the next day. They were so nice about the whole thing. Easy access to our unit, very clean, wonderful staff, etc. made this rush move much less stressful.
I did my research before coming in. I will be doing a short-term rental (about 3 months) and needed a place to put my clutter before I get rid of it. This was an obvious solution. Dania & Melissa are the best. All the employees are friendly & courteous. They always have a great smile to greet you with or friendly over the phone. Always clean and well maintained. Extremely helpful with anything you need. Best storage facility in Orange County. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a storage unit.
I actually moved from a popular storage closed by. There are no unnecessary fees associated with my monthly rent. They have carts to ease your task. Much more I feel safe during late hour visits. Thank you to the management and staff.
