I've had my unit for 32 months and they've been awesome! The units are air conditioned, the space I had fit everything I had in my apartment and if I was ever late they were very understanding! Melissa at the front desk will remember you and gives excellent customer service! If I ever need a storage spot again I will definitely be back!
This storage facility is so clean, secure, and well managed! There are cameras all over. They gave us these high-tech locks for our unit, and each unit has an alarm to prevent break-ins. We feel very secure with putting our stuff here. The staff was very kind, helpful, and got us set up quickly! If you're looking for a storage faculty in the Fullerton area, this is your place!!

I had used this place before because my daughter recommended it. We sold our house and needed temporary storage for all our excess stuff before we could list it. What also is nice is there is a U-Haul rental place just a quarter mile down the street so we got our U-haul and came and picked our stuff up without having to drive all over town. Easily one of the best storage units! The staff are extremely polite, professional, and exceptionally helpful. We recently switched units to more square footage and they walked us through process to make it as easy and cost efficient as possible. I also appreciate the honesty every person who works there shows! They do not try to up-sale you and will give the best deal for your money!
This place offered very competitive rates for the area. The unit was clean and secure. But it turns out the best part was the customer service. Dania and the other ladies were always very helpful. Would be back if we ever needed storage needs in Fullerton. Thanks!
What drove me to this storage facility was the fact that I get 24 hour access. As a musician who needs to store my gear After my gigs around 2 or 3 in the morning, its so convenient. As a bonus, the units are super clean and the staff super friendly and needless to say very affordable!! I don't see myself going anywhere else unless I move very far away!! Thanks Guys!!!
