Spoke to Dania who helped me get set up. Great customer service and communicated all options clearly. I went to several storage facilities but was impressed by her service and knowledge I ended up signing here on the spot.
I been customer for last 5 years and the place is very friendly people they always greet smile when i come in make a payment and i love a free candy too,LOL.. Also the storage always clean never dirty or mess they just kept clean..
My parents and I have utilized multiple storages here at A-1 for the past decade! The staff has ALWAYS made our day, anytime we stopped by. The facility is always clean and tidy! I'd give 10 stars if I could :)

Awesome place to store stuff! This place is so clean and cared for. Staff is wonderful! Easy access and hours are great! I store tons of items for my business and it stays nice and clean. I used to have my stuff at another storage facility and I'm so happy I moved!
Large variety of storage units... Staff is always courteous & helpful... A-1 is by far the cleanest storage facility that I've done business with... Lots of security cameras inside & out.... I highly recommend A-1 Self Storage in Fullerton!
By far the most courteous and professional staff at A-1!!! Diana in the front office is always there to greet me with a friendly smile and keeps the facility running smoothly. With all the security cameras in and all of the buildings nice and clean I can rest at ease my stuff is safe and secure! I highly recommend A-1 because they are awesome !!! It was our first time to rent a storage but they are so kind and clean. You must come and talk to them. We talked to Dania she is awesome.
Signs said it was open, the doors were locked, and no one answered the phone (even when using the courtesy phone next to the front door) during normal office hours, 2PM on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Perhaps the employee was away at a storage unit.
