I have rented at A-1 for some time. I commend the cleanliness and security found in the temperature controlled environment. You will notice that if you go into your unit without using your code (following someone else into the gated area) an alarm will go off. It gets recorded. I am sure that with the video surveillance should help deter would be culprits that may tamper with units. To compliment the high quality facility is a very courteous and responsive staff. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy renting a storage space was at A1. They were even open on a Sunday which made everything even more convenient. The second story unit we rented was very easy to access, the carts they provide help as well!
This is the most helpful team of people to work with ever! Always friendly and very professional. I've been renting space here for several years now and couldn't be happier with the service. Very clean facility and I never worry about safety. Great storage facility! You won't be disappointed!

I was helping my daughter mover her things in for the summer. I misplaced my key for the cart that I used to move her things in. I was on my way out of town and Brittany and (I think Melissa) were very considerate and asked if I found the key it to just mail it back. Sure enough, we found it when we were unpacking the car the next day. They were so nice about the whole thing. Easy access to our unit, very clean, wonderful staff, etc. made this rush move much less stressful.
