Very straightforward, efficient and accommodating. Great choice for storage in the Fullerton area. The facilities are good quality, security measures are in place and all checks out well. Movers and storage is made easier with such a good place! Staff are helpful, friendly and responsive. Hours are excellent, 6a-10p to access the unit, staff have normal office hours.

Came here last minute and was super impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and space overall, and the customer service that Brittni provided was exceptional. She was well educated on exactly what was available and able to quickly answer any of my 100 questions that I asked. Lol. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that needs a safe, secure spot to store their items.
The staff is nice and friendly and the storage facility is safe and secure. You are given an access code that links to your storage unit. If you don't punch in your access code and your unit is opened, an alarm will sound and staff will show up to your unit.
I worked with Brittni today, and she was wonderful. She is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & efficient. She was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend working with A-1 (the units are well kept & very secure looking) and Brittni in particular.
A-1 Storage in Fullerton is at a great location. Everything is clean and safe anytime I come to my unit. Melissa at the front desk is always going out of her to help all the customers.
It kills me that I didn't find this place a while ago!! I plan on switching ALL of my storage needs to this A-! Self Storage! The Manager (Dahia) was very helpful and just made the whole plan easy-Thanks!! Very smooth process and no hiccups. I Highly recommend using this place!!!
My experience was very pleasant dealing with their staff. Place is very well maintained; clean, secure but at same time easy access for renters.
I've stored my stuff many times over the 8 years of first being married, and the customer service here CANNOT be beat! They worked with me in downsizing my mother, helped open additional storage and let me use a loaner key over the weekend. It made the process of downsizing SO MUCH EASIER! They don't fret over the small things and kept their word on everything!
