One thing I received here for sure is excellent customer service from Dania, Melissa and Brittni. The place is really clean. My items were kept safe and secure. Highly recommend this place to others. I wish I could give 10 stars plus!!

We just finished renting a unit for one month and our experience was great! We never had a problem and the staff always was there to help us with any questions. No matter what time of the day, they always kept the place very clean.

Had a wonderful experience here recently. I was helped out by an employee who truly went the extra mile for me. Her name is Ashley. Thank you so much for your assistance and kindness. I showed up just after closing and instead of telling me I'll have to come back, she opens the door for me and helps me with a great attitude. Its employees like you that make this such a successful storage facility.

Very straightforward, efficient and accommodating. Great choice for storage in the Fullerton area. The facilities are good quality, security measures are in place and all checks out well. Movers and storage is made easier with such a good place! Staff are helpful, friendly and responsive. Hours are excellent, 6a-10p to access the unit, staff have normal office hours.

Came here last minute and was super impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and space overall, and the customer service that Brittni provided was exceptional. She was well educated on exactly what was available and able to quickly answer any of my 100 questions that I asked. Lol. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that needs a safe, secure spot to store their items.

The staff is nice and friendly and the storage facility is safe and secure. You are given an access code that links to your storage unit. If you don't punch in your access code and your unit is opened, an alarm will sound and staff will show up to your unit.

I worked with Brittni today, and she was wonderful. She is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & efficient. She was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend working with A-1 (the units are well kept & very secure looking) and Brittni in particular.
