Excellent facility and the manager Paul provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. Paul keeps this place immaculate. he is professional, informative and I feel very safe with my possessions here. The security here is unrivaled lots of alarms and cameras with a very low crime

Walked in and met with Paul (Property Manager). He was polite and thorough about rates and availability. Paul was helpful in finding a suitable space for our things and made recommendations as well. Very straight to the point and "non-salesy".

I used the storage service from March 2015 to October 2018. It was my second time to rent a storage at A1 storage. They provided a clean and safe storage and good service. There are also free trolleys put in the entrance for customers. It is convenient you can pay your rent online or the on-site Kiosk machine. The manager Paul and associates were quite helpful. Thanks Paul and all of the staff. I recommend this storage!

Great experience overall. I had started calling & stopping into storage facilities for my short notice move and was EXTREMELY satisfied at A-1. Customer service was on par from the greeting until the departure. Informative and very clear with the rules and pricing. I also got to ask a customer waiting out front how her A-1 experience has been thus far and she is a highly satisfied customer. Looking forward to doing business here.
