Excellent customer service !! The entire process was super easy. The property manager Paul was excellent he explained everything in detail & was very accommodating to our needs. Felt very secure in choosing this location. Had other appointments scheduled but honestly didn't even second guess it. We felt confident in our decision thanks to the help of the wonderful team.

I have used A-1 for 20+ years and never had any issues, Very clean and well run. I recently moved to a larger unit. Paul really helped me make the move happen. He was friendly, and professional. I have a ton of stuff and don't think I would have made the move, but after talking to Paul and he explained how easy he could make it for me I went ahead and moved and I'm very happy I did. Thanks again.

The staff is incredible, the facility is kept up really nicely, and we feel really safe while we are there. Love this place so much more than other storage places we have been at.

Top notch customer service! I was so surprised how kind and accommodating the team here is...they bring back the lost art of treating customers well! Will always be my go-to storage solution in the South Bay!
Paul the Manager takes care of you. Great deal of security to protect my personal belongings. All moving supplies are available for purchase for a reasonable cost. pricing is better than other local storage facilities. Very happy I went with them.
