Paul was friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and helped me right away. I will recommend A1 Self Storage to my friends and family.
Paul was extremely resourceful, he helped me figure out all of my moving needs as far as storage goes. I would definitely recommend this Torrance facility to any and everybody.

Having rented recently at other facilities in the nearby community, I can say from experience that the self-storage management industry is not known for its intelligence, let alone gracious customer service; it is often anything but. The manager here is Paul and I'd say his customer courtesy is exceptional. He goes out of his way to be accommodating and to serve the customer for the minor, but nevertheless important, needs that can happen in the course of a business day. Needed a storage unit in a pinch on a Saturday and despite it being near closing for office hours, the manager Paul was welcoming and professional, and patiently walked us through the rental process; he was also very clear and up front about the rules and upkeep/security which was reassuring and super helpful so renters don't end up setting off the alarms by accident. Clean and efficient facility; strict about keeping out unauthorised persons which is the most important feature of personal storage! Thank you.
