So far, my experience with A-1 Self Storage has been great. Paul was professional, friendly, and used good communication in helping me get my car into a long term spot. I highly recommend this place.

Having rented recently at other facilities in the nearby community, I can say from experience that the self-storage management industry is not known for its intelligence, let alone gracious customer service; it is often anything but. The manager here is Paul and I'd say his customer courtesy is exceptional. He goes out of his way to be accommodating and to serve the customer for the minor, but nevertheless important, needs that can happen in the course of a business day. Needed a storage unit in a pinch on a Saturday and despite it being near closing for office hours, the manager Paul was welcoming and professional, and patiently walked us through the rental process; he was also very clear and up front about the rules and upkeep/security which was reassuring and super helpful so renters don't end up setting off the alarms by accident. Clean and efficient facility; strict about keeping out unauthorised persons which is the most important feature of personal storage! Thank you.

Great business. Honest and fair. Best storage facility I have used so far. Paul is very friendly, professional, and always super helpful. Management is always quick to respond anytime I needed something. The property itself is extremely clean and well taken care of. Security is a top priority and it shows. Awesome security system. Prices are very competitive. I highly recommend A1 self storage for anyone looking for self storage in the South Bay/ LA area.
