Very helpful. Helped me get best rate for last partial month of storage. Seemed a little pricey but other storage sites in the area were full
Clean, convenient and friendly service. They even had a wheeled pallet to use.
Easy to sign up, staff was amazing (friendly, helpful, easy to talk to), and when it was time to move out, easiest process. No complaints what so ever. 5 star in my book.
Wow, Emma, What a jewel. I had rented a unit about two weeks ago from Lulu &Emma and they both were just so accommodating then, I new I felt safe with my stuff stored their. I just rented a storage space at A-1 Frazee. Emma was very helpful and professional. Everything was explained in detail. They have a number of size options and the staff makes an effort to ensure you rent what you actually need. The facility is very clean and appears very secure. The buildings and storage units are clearly marked and the rates are reasonable. Definitely recommend this place for short or long term storage
I rented a storage unit at this location in January. It has not even been 4 months. My rate was $59 per month. I was shocked to learn they raised my rental fee 39%!!!!! This is OUTRAGEOUS. The condition of these storage units are subpar. Any company that pulls this kind of a greedy stunt does not deserve anyone's business. This can't' be legal. DO NOT rent from these people.

The facility is clean but the front entry gate is always broken. There are alot of homeless people who hang outside both entry gates at night, so I would be careful visiting at night.
I've had a storage here for about 7 years, they have great customer service team. They are super helpful and I would highly recommend this facility. Super clean and central!
