Worst experience ever with this A-1 site, no reliable customer service, they expect you to follow up with them instead of them following up with you. Like we don't have nothing to do! NORMAL PEOPLE WORKS AND HAVE BUSY LIFE !!! I have had storage on other locations with A-1 and other provider, they have always being on the lookout and ready to help. NOT HERE! Water got into my almost $300 unit through the ceiling even though the unit has a 2nd unit above. I reported the issue to the office, they look at it, they took pictures... read more
