I showed up with my entire classroom and Jessica was awesome!!! She was honest and gave me the best offer. I was very worried about cost and she advised me to go up the street & check prices there, she cared that much that I had the most cost-effective storage space! Super patient, really truly cares what's best for you. Excellent customer service, and they have 24 hour security which is nice. If you sign up on their website you get a discount as well.
Great staff made selection of unit and completion of paperwork efficient. Ask for Aaron to help you. Condition of units very clean, some with outside access which we selected. Facility seems very secure with camera coverage added to watch over the facility.
My second time renting the storage with A1 storage. You guys are Great service and first month free it's really help with my moving. Thank you. Definitely recommend to friends and family for storage rental.
Flaviola and her manager at A1 on 3200 National City Blvd provided exceptional customer service for our first-time experience with A1. The facility was clean and easy to access right off Hwy-54. We arrived when they opened at 9am, and were signed and done by 9:20 :) We'll be back for more!
Get the online rate and checkin for the free lock, they won't tell you any of this in the store and it cost more for a walk-in, so call first or go online. Otherwise, it's a pretty cool spot to store stuff.
