I rented a 10x30 storage unit from this company and paid over $500 for one month of storage. I was originally told that I would be able to access the property the same day I rented, but then later told that even though I had a full U-Haul and although it was only 1 minute passed the closing time, they would not make an exception. This facility is super clean , safe and the staff are fantastic n very very helpful! I keep my things here and I feel very good knowing there's surveillance cameras as well as a 3 point security system once you enter definitely worth the extra money! Shout out to Jacob for being a phenomenal customer service employee!!!

Great clean and friendly staff and storage. Been coming here for three years and have always had great service and professional results concerning my storage needs. Hands down best storage in San Diego. Don't bother with the mass competition. Come here first for best rates and best service.

Best Team Ever. Sierra helped me today transfer my storage unit. She was so efficient and went through the whole contract terms with me and made sure I understood everything. The whole team and she's specially was so pleasant. The office AC was not working and its 100 degree outside yet, she was not complaining and pleasant and so helpful. Thankful for this experience. Check in to get a free lock for your unit. Ugh, storage. We're in the middle of a move, temporarily downsizing to get out of our condo to get it ready to sell. We've lost more than half of our square footage in doing so, which means that we don't have room for most of our stuff.
