Best Team Ever. Sierra helped me today transfer my storage unit. She was so efficient and went through the whole contract terms with me and made sure I understood everything. The whole team and she's specially was so pleasant. The office AC was not working and its 100 degree outside yet, she was not complaining and pleasant and so helpful. Thankful for this experience. I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the customer service here at this location. The Associates are very knowledgeable of what was needed in order to save me some money. Check in to get a free lock for your unit. Ugh, storage. We're in the middle of a move, temporarily downsizing to get out of our condo to get it ready to sell. We've lost more than half of our square footage in doing so, which means that we don't have room for most of our stuff. Worst experience ever with this A-1 site, no reliable customer service, they expect you to follow up with them instead of them following up with you. Like we don't have nothing to do! NORMAL PEOPLE WORKS AND HAVE BUSY LIFE !!! I have had storage on other locations with A-1 and other provider, they have always being on the lookout and ready to help. NOT HERE!
