I came here looking for a small storage with a decent price. And this place is it! I was provided with above and beyond service by Maritza. She was amazing! Maritza accommodated all my needs because she understood my circumstances. Also, Susan has helped me along the process as well. These two are both the sweetest ladies and I am thankful for their help with providing me a conveniently located storage space.

Maritza truly goes the extra mile and beyond! I would give her 10 stars if I could. I had to commute from Santa Monica and I was worried that I wouldn't make it to their office before closing. Maritza offered to stay and wait for me! (Luckily I made it in time). Wow. Simply amazing. The process was so quick but Maritza was very clear with what I was signing up for and did an excellent job of explaining the application. Extraordinary service, gracious communication, and the best.

I rented a storage from here from Oct 2014 to August 2015. Quick and friendly service from Susan from the beginning to the end. Susan and Maritza is an awesome team! They are there when you have questions or need help. Spacious location with clean units and facility. Hours of operation is from 7am to 7pm and assistance from 9 or10pm to 5 to 6pm. Have been renting their largest unit for 8 months and have been really happy thanks to Maritza! We recently moved but still need a storage unit way smaller so I down sized, the transition was super easy and convenient thanks to Susan G. Maritza and A-1 Self Storage are wonderful. I rented for a few months while I was out of town. The entire process was really easy, and worth the price. Customer service is great. You can pay online as well, which was really helpful for me since I wasn't in the area. I really have nothing bad to say. The facility is nice, clean, and safe. Carts are available if you need it to haul all of your stuff in/out of a unit. I'm glad I found A-1 Storage :)

I have used quite a few of storages and A1 in El Monte is the only one actually I enjoy coming too. I feel very safe here and receive very good service. also, their packing materials are a good quality and affordable.

Stopped by a few different storages & nothing compared to A-1 Self Storage. The price was the lowest in the city and the workers Susan & Maritza were the most helpful employees ever. They were so attentive and made sure we understood exactly what we were paying for and answered any questions we had. Best storage experience ever!

When I started the relationship with A1, I had two units. Slowly i downsized and now am ready to leave. In the time I have been here the service has been excellent. The property is clean and safe. Maritza and Susan are courteous and professional! Thank you.
