Moving is such a mixed bag of emotions. It can be exciting, fun, a little sad, exhausting, a chance to bond.. I've moved around quite a lot and have used several different storage units from Manhattan to Los Angeles. A1 is the best, Susan helped make the process so easy and fun. Susan and Maritza are a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, knowledgable and very easy to work with. Helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I live in Santa Monica and it's a long drive to do business with these folks. But it's worth it. Thanks so much!! Very highly recommended. Maritza, you rock!

Today was my first time here at this place. I had reserved a space online and I received courtesy call first thing in the morning from Susan. I have to say, Susan is the most wonderful lady to work with. She took the time to show me the space before I rented it. The coupon on the Yelp app was not working properly today, which would have allowed me to get 50% off my first month's rent, but all she needed was a screenshot sent to them, and there you go! 50% off my first month. A-1 storage is one of the best storage facilities around! I've used "other" storage facilities that have been a hassle to deal with. Maritza and Susan have been a real pleasure to deal with! I will be coming back for my future storage needs!!

Stuff Susan very nice, very helpful, thank you. Highly recommended. I got a 8x10space with a reasonable price. The space was very clean, enough lights. Only difficulty was the key pad are far away from the drive way, you will have to got off your car and punching the numbers. It's really not convenient during the raining day. Other parts so far so good.

I came here looking for a small storage with a decent price. And this place is it! I was provided with above and beyond service by Maritza. She was amazing! Maritza accommodated all my needs because she understood my circumstances. Also, Susan has helped me along the process as well. These two are both the sweetest ladies and I am thankful for their help with providing me a conveniently located storage space.

Maritza truly goes the extra mile and beyond! I would give her 10 stars if I could. I had to commute from Santa Monica and I was worried that I wouldn't make it to their office before closing. Maritza offered to stay and wait for me! (Luckily I made it in time). Wow. Simply amazing. The process was so quick but Maritza was very clear with what I was signing up for and did an excellent job of explaining the application. Extraordinary service, gracious communication, and the best.
