I went in today to get a storage unit from A-1. They already had high Yelp ratings so I thought to try them out. The gal working there was friendly, informative and on top of her game. She made the leasing of the unit easy and was very efficient. They truly do have HIGH ratings for a reason. Kudos on your excellent customer service!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would because Maricela is absolutely wonderful! We have never rented a storage before so we were extremely nervous but Maricela eased all of our worries instantly. She is very professional and helpful. She showed us three different unit sizes that would match our needs. staff here are extremely rude. I called to see about prices I was greet with outstanding customer service , but when I showed up about an hour later to sign some papers and get my stuffed moved into my unit. That same lady that was so nice over the phone was a complete ***** to my husband and I !! That is just one of the incidents. I'm not sure if the gentleman that also works here is not any nicer. Very nice staff! The manager jasmine is always nice and accommodating whether in person or on the phone. Whenever I've had a question or concern they'd always took care of it and made my stay pleasant. Thank you A-1 and Jasmine for always being so kind.

Never had any problems until the past week. I was in building 5 unit 579A 6-26-24 I got a call from the property manager, Jasmine. I was notified that my storage unit "was tampered with and it looks like they weren't able to get in". At the end of the call she stated that she needed a key on file to work on getting the door fixed. I came in and talked to Jasmine and again insisted to have the key on file. This place has been great! I live so close I use it as a garage that I can actually find things in and it is temp controlled so I don't melt in there. Very clean, smells like a candle shop and all the employees I've encountered over the years have been more than kind. I just closed my unit and all the process over the years has been easy and straightforward. Well managed and safe.
