After checking out different storage facilities, I decided to rent at A-1 in Lake Forest. They had the best pricing and the staff was accommodating. Crystal was friendly and super helpful. She was informative and helped me decide on the perfect unit size for my "stuff". Thank you Crystal!

I had to use an storage for the first time and A-1 storage in lake forest was the closest to me. The service I received was excellent and the manger cares about his customer, place looks very clean and This place is a great choice for storage needs

The customer service at this location ROCKS! When you live faraway, we were in Florida, and there are issues needing immediate attention and you have no one to call, it can be very stressful. Fortunately for us, there is a manager at this location named Billy, who went far and above his call of duty. We would have been in a bind a few times, if it weren't for him. This place has some shady stuff going on. I have been with this storage location for a couple of years and the last six months I have seen a change. Whoever oversees this property does a poor job. Carts have been taken and notices all over the place stating they may start locking them up. Tonight I went there and there were two guys sitting in separate cars by the porta potty. Best storage facility I have ever worked with. FIVE STARS to manager Billy for customer service. He truly cares about keeping his customers happy. It's very easy to make payments by phone with or without the automated system. Clean and safe area and facility. Thank you for years of service!

I don't write too many reviews but I felt this place deserved one. As I was going through a major life transition, I needed space to keep some of my things while moving to Arizona. Billy was awesome - friendly, informative and gave me a great deal on the unit I needed. The units are clean, secure and when I needed to switch to a smaller unit, there was no hassle in doing so. I have and will continue to recommend people here as needed. Thank you, A-1! :)
