When I called around to find out about climate controlled storage options, I was pleasantly surprised when I connected with Ariel who offered up several options with storage choices. I went to A1 storage last week looking for units very indecisive and not knowing what I want or what to get. This is my 1st time moving and needing storage so I'm very uneducated on size and units of storage and I was very frustrated searching for things online to say the least. Just got the space for storage here. The space is really big and the price is reasonable. Lucy helping us to choose the best one to fit our need. Best customer service in the town. Highly recommended for everyone

Found this place online after reading the reviews and went and checked it out. I got there just as the nice lady came back from lunch..perfect timing! She was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. She gave me the pricing and Showed me the units. After talking to my husband we chose a 8 x 10 unit. It has elevators and plenty of carts to move your stuff. Security gate.

I have been very upset with my fiancé for accepting the unit in the condition it's in. There are spider webs all over anddust and wasps nests. My parents have had stuff stored in storage since '95 when we opened it after years inside is comparable. The two stars are for the open until 10pm. I have always been very satisfied with A1 in the past anytime I have used them. The Fullerton location is very good. It shouldn't be this bad. They charge enough for units that you would think they would take a pole brush for cob webs and... read more

After the 4/26 review about your fiance's unit, you rented a unit as well. Our store staff has explained to your fiance what needs to be done to proceed with any claim, and we haven't heard back. In order to resolve your issue, we need you to contact our office staff to work towards a resolution.
