Have the same issues where they just want to charge for things we didn't do. They have not even been able to justify the charges and contradict what they have provided. At one point even tried to say charges were for something that turned out to be another home. Never resolved our AC issue despite advertising the house with AC. Cost us more than being there a year was worth. I'm still very angry and plan to sue. Unless you are ok with forking over money so they can look good to owners, then don't rent from them.
The people in the office are nice. They are over priced and the maintenance is terrible.
They always find a way to charge you money. We moved out months ago and they’re just now trying to charge us for damages left from the previous tenant before us. 😡
Worse property management! Will take your deposit and still add on to stuff that was broke when you moved in. Gave us Keys to a house that was dirty as can be. Had to deep clean the day we moved in because they’re to lazy to do a walk through before and after move in. Misty is the worse you can’t get a hold of her at all and all employees have attitudes.
it's unreal how unprofessional and dishonest these women are. Kayla Gasper will rob you blind and never respond to any calls texts or emails until about three months later. she discriminates against women and will add late fees for her not being punctual. upper management has nothing to say for any of it. do not do any business with a cut above until they straighten out a lot of things.
What an AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY 😡 I have nothing but terrible things to say. If you have an eviction on your record from, well, EVER, don’t even bother applying. You’ll lose $50 and then they’ll try to get more fees from you afterwards. I have an eviction from 7 years ago (I was 18) and the denied me. They threatened to charge my partner $500 if they found me there. Unfortunately, this is part of our application process that is stated on the application and we do not allow other tenants to reside in the home without following the processes we have in place to protect our owners and our tenants and was agreed to in the lease. From start to finish this company has been the worst company I have ever worked with in real estate. I have several years of property management experience at a corporate level and real estate training. Based off my experience, I would strongly discourage property owners to utilize them for their rental needs.
