Do not use this company !!! My boyfriend beat me up went to jail for it and when he got out he went, out of revenge and got a temp restraining order which was filed under false Allegations. ( yes a abuser can file a restraining order on the victim) I actually have a restraining order due to him trying to kill me ! He brought them a temp restraining order and they allowed him to take himself off our lease then leaving me with all of the rent on my own with my two young children. If you are a good tenant who pays rent stay as far away from this company as you can. Since these slum lords look over my lease with a previous company they have failed to fix anything and go above and beyond to find a way to charge you. The employees are rude and unprofessional (just look at their replies to reviews). Unfortunately, we must keep your security deposit, as you were not able to keep the property in move-in condition as you agreed to in the lease and it is our duty to return the property in the same or better condition than we found it to protect our owner's investment. Most unprofessional and crooked company in Colorado Springs, hands down. It’s amazing that after someone lives in a home for three years and pays rent on time every time how horrible they are treated when they go to move out. 🤔 Bogus fees as I can see from others reviews are a norm with the company. Failed to notify tenants of hazardous drinking water issues. Black mold that was never attended to despite multiple complaints from tenants. Fees for “repairs/cleaning” they have zero invoices to prove work done. Houses not up to current building/safety codes.

This place is an absolute JOKE. The houses are NOT at all what they are made to be. They lie about the professional cleaning when you first move in. I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER recommend this company. The WORST attitude problems. This place will not be in business long. The fat girl behind the desk thinks her crap don’t stink and has a big mouth. Probably tied up in her hefaloaf problems.. but that ain’t how customer service works MAM!

Worst management of our property ever. Big change from "old" company Advanced Realty. Told us they had contacted our tenant and really had not, had him sign a lease that included utilities when we pay most of them, told us we had no rights - we signed them all over to A Cut Above when we hired them. Actually we signed with Advanced Realty years ago and were not told about the new ownership for months. We found A Cut Above rigid, not detail oriented, non-supportive, and not truthful - a terrible combination.
