This company refuses to help at all. Everyone who works there is rude. They are trying to charge me a renters fee when I showed them proof that I had renters insurance. They told me it was fine. Now they are charging me because I did not email them a copy of it. I was not told to or aware I had to. I provided proof and was told that it was fine. when I tried to explain that to them to see if they could help me out for the incompetence on their part, I was talked over and argued with. horrible company, dishonest and rude. they charge rediculious late fees. during these trying times you would think a company such as this one would be willing to work with you. it's just a waste of money and a shame.

We have been compliant with all city and state laws regarding late fees at this time and have not charged any late fees for quite some time due to the laws in place so we’re unsure what you’re referring to at this time. Really? total charge -$1334.66 fee after moving out? Change -$210 to replace the $10 door lock? And change the stuff unrelated to me? Only return $140 security deposit back even after 60 days moving out? I’m shocked

Thank you for providing your feedback, Ye and Zha. As stated previously on Google, you are able to dispute any charges in writing and our team will review the charges again and get back to you. We do hire a professional locksmith to change the locks and that is the standard fee. If you would like to dispute any of the charges in writing, you may do so and mail to our office so we may send you a response on anything you don't think pertains to you. This company is horrible and should be shut down. Additionally the owner is self reviewing to keep her rating up. Don't believe me, sort reviews by new on Google. For every negative review there is a positive one. I took screenshots. This company is a huge fraudulent scam.

They made up reasons to take more of the deposit and charged for things that were already marked on the move in sheet. Wouldn’t budge an inch when disputed. Terrible and dishonest company. You’ll regret renting from them. I’m not alone with this problem either. They have done this to many other people. Unfortunately I found out too late.

They are rude. If the 2nd is on a Sunday and your payment arrives on Monday they will still charge you a late fee. When you move in nothing will be ready.

Hi Tama, We do have someone checking the rents that come in on a Sunday if it falls on a Saturday or a Sunday as that is what was agreed upon in the lease. STAY AWAY..They treat you like a number not a human being, I rented from them for 7 years and it was a nightmare, they prey on a vulnerable population of people with low income that don't have the resources to fight for their tenant rights. It took months and sometimes years for repairs to be done on fences that blew down, windows that leaked snow and rain, a storm door that blew open and broke off, a shed door that rotted off...
