Worst rental company ever. Had nothing but problems from the start. Maintenance requests taking forever to be completed. Have since moved out and a large portion of our deposit was kept due to things that were listed as issues on check in sheet, charged us for the problems that required fixing. Submitted a letter with my issues & have never heard back from them even after calling the office.
I find it deeply troubling that a company that is supposed to be keeping tenants safe from harm would contract out glazing work to a convicted pedophile and registered sex offender. It is my understanding that Ronald Glen Kuhlman, owner of Avenue Glass, and Misty, the owner of A Cut Above, are close friends, so she must certainly be aware of his status as a registered sex offender who was convicted of sexual assault on a child. This is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with RENTER BEWARE. They will not repair properties even if the results could be life threatening. They will not return calls or emails. They are trained to say the " broker" will have to call you. They won't give you contact information for the "broker" nor will this so called broker return your calls or contact you. The worst property management company I've ever encountered. RENTER BEWARE... Homeowners find a credible company this place is HORRIBLE
Very unprofessional!!! Didn't bother cancelling an appointment for a viewing after postponing it once already. We cancelled a trip out of town for the new appointment only to have no one show up and to be told by the current tenant whose backyard we were walking around that it had been taken off the market several days earlier.
I would put -stars if that was an option, hopefully they can do something to change the way I feel.
