I had an appointment for 9:10 Friday morning it was almost 2 hours later before my dog was seen by a technician. Then there was confusion as to what tests they were to do on the dog because nothing had been logged in the chart. I was told that Dr. Collins was in a meeting and I would have to wait until she came out of the meeting to confirm what should be done. More wait time. So I should have known there was a customer service problem when you put me on hold for 20 minutes just to hang up on me. But dummy me saw on your websites that you take walk-ins. And in my entire adult life an emergency walk-in has always been a same day thing. so I drove an hour and a half with my now car sick and injured dog. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to be hung up on. Then I took my dog in and waited two hours to be told leave her and we will call after the vet has seen her. She has been there 7 hours still no call. I called to check on her and I waited again on hold 30 minutes. Still no answers! I will never return.

My sister took her dog to them cause she was having seizures and they charged $475 just for blood work and told her all she needed was syrup, her sugar was low. They said they didn’t want to give her meds for the seizures until they saw if the sugar corrected itself, well it didn’t the next day the puppy was having seizures all day when my sister called they said they couldn’t see her my sister watched her dog suffer seizure after seizure, and was hoping to get her seen this morning. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They refuse to return phone calls or fill prescriptions. The receptionist straight up lied to me. Take your pets elsewhere.

Be careful with your exotics. Dogs and cats are priority. I brought my rabbit at 11:30am who needed urgent attention. They ran some test, and told me he was in stable condition and they could get to him in 4 hours and suggested it as a drop off. After 5 hours of not hearing from them I called to check up on him. The receptionist was rude, but did inform me at 4:30pm he was alert and moving around. They told me they still had two patients ahead of me. The front desk people are rude and they clearly don’t care about pets.
