I waited on hold for 30 minutes to be hung up on. Then I took my dog in and waited two hours to be told leave her and we will call after the vet has seen her. She has been there 7 hours still no call. I called to check on her and I waited again on hold 30 minutes. Still no answers! I will never return.

My sister took her dog to them cause she was having seizures and they charged $475 just for blood work and told her all she needed was syrup, her sugar was low. They said they didn’t want to give her meds for the seizures until they saw if the sugar corrected itself, well it didn’t the next day the puppy was having seizures all day when my sister called they said they couldn’t see her my sister watched her dog suffer seizure after seizure, and was hoping to get her seen this morning. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They refuse to return phone calls or fill prescriptions. The receptionist straight up lied to me. Take your pets elsewhere.

Be careful with your exotics. Dogs and cats are priority. I brought my rabbit at 11:30am who needed urgent attention. They ran some test, and told me he was in stable condition and they could get to him in 4 hours and suggested it as a drop off. After 5 hours of not hearing from them I called to check up on him. The receptionist was rude, but did inform me at 4:30pm he was alert and moving around. They told me they still had two patients ahead of me. The front desk people are rude and they clearly don’t care about pets.

Former 5 star Review We have spent over $20,000 at Abby. We called to see if they had appointments (usually they don’t for at least 6-8 weeks out) and they said they had no appointments in the next 7 weeks but are taking walk-ins and it sounded like our pet was in pain so they recommended her to be seen today or tomorrow. I said we will bring her right in. We did and arrived within 25 min. Then the person checking us in said they are not taking any more walk ins. I have been taking my pets to Abby Pet for 5+ years. I always had a great experience & was highly please with the service & care of my animals. The last 4 times I have called to make an appointment, I was told it would be at least a month before they could get my pet in. I wasn't able to wait that long, so I had to go elsewhere. I walked in last week with one of my pets (because that's where they are established) & they were going to charge me a minimum of $80 just for the visit (not including treatment). after 3 years of taking all my pets to abby I will no longer be taking them here, it's very unfortunate because the vets are actually great! the front desk staff however is rude with horrible customer service! after spending literally thousands with this establishment I am very saddened to leave my trusted vet for the unorganized, rude, and very unsympathetic front staff...

We have been going there for years and I need to get my baby in He is in pain and they want to charge $80 for walk in care
