Super annoyed right now. A week ago I had my 1 year old dog in to have 2 baby teeth pulled. I called today to see if his stitches were disolvable because I can still see them. The receptionist proceeded to tell me he can't have hard food or any hard toys, bones ect. Because his stitches could open up. I did feed him soft food for a couple days. Update/Abbreviation: -Expect to be there 3 hours -They neglected to actually write down or save my pet's information -Vet forgot to write on the prescription what the medicine was supposed to be and the dosage -Vet texted me test results and I had to call every day for almost a week to get them on the phone to discuss the results and my options The staff is very friendly and informative, but I have never had to wait this long at any vets in my life. Normally have decent experiences but today was absolute bull! I got hung up on 2x trying to check in. Gal even said she got distracted and forgot I was on hold. I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half for my pup to be seen. Still waiting by the way. They were very quick to charge my card though. Folks who came after me (without any appt) came and left already. I normally take my fur babies to HOPE but they were closed during the quarantine otherwise I would have been going to them from the beginning. I hate this place.

This place has gone downhill. Staff isn’t friendly. Wait times seem to be based on who complains the loudest. Botched labs on my cat after a 3 hour visit resulted in a return visit where they apparently had a “blow out” and a simple blood draw left my cat traumatized with 2 pressure wraps on his back legs. They act like they’re the only place in town and they’re not. My 4 cats and 2 dogs will be going elsewhere for their veterinary needs from here on.
I usually really like this place but not right now. I’ve been waiting over an hour to pick up Mickey (here for a bad ear infection that required sedation to clean out). What the hell is their problem. Been to the desk 3 times and still waiting. 😡😡😡 What really made me mad, 3 people came in after me and got their animals before me. After my 3rd time at the desk, when I was assumed that Mickey was next, another dog came out. When the tech finally brought him out she didn’t even apologize for the wait. Horrible waiting service ever! Couldn’t even make my point across to staff cause they were busy at the counter and my kids were starving! What’s the purpose of an appointment if I’m treated like a walk in?! And they told me over the phone it was a 45-50 minute appointment for first time shots and physical. More like 2 1/2 hours!!!
I recommend you make an appt. because the wait is a ridiculous
I just retracted my post of not recommending this facility. My daughter didn’t have an appointment but was triaged quickly. I was inpatient but there was no life threatening situation. When we did see the vet he was kind honest and gentle. Suggested X-ray but still treated her dog. They care about what they do and it’s not about making money. More than I can say people care. Thank you all for your card
