Came as a walk in. Was quoted 2-4 hour wait time. I couldn't wait that long since I had to get to work. I walked out and went elsewhere. When I first got here two workers were standing outside smoking and when I left about a minute later two more workers walked out and were standing around outside. I can see why the wait times are crazy long with everyone standing around.
My dog's exam only lasted about one minute, if that. I know there are a lot of Vets here so some are probably sloppier than others. Dr Williamson is I think the Vet who examined my dog, not completely sure. Exam was a joke
I am beyond frustrated with this place. First my dog had a growth that we were told was benign but should still be removed by one doctor and spent $800 for a surgery. Then the same type of growth comes back and another doctor at the same place tells us steroid cream will make the growth go away which it did. So apparently we paid for, and put my dog through, an unnecessary surgery. My dog has also had yeast infections in his ears before so we took him in tonight and they insisted they had to culture it and when my husband sa... read more
Can't really review because we were there for an hour and 10 minutes after our appointment and were never seen. It is rude to treat people that way.

The vet's here are AWESOME in my experience, but the reception in our experience is awful. I've had two very negative experiences recently. The first was an insane amount of hold time. I waited on hold for 20 mins, only to be sent to voice mail, when I called back, I was put on hold for another 20 minutes, and then when they finally got to me, the receptionist said something akin to "Didn't we just speak?". We needed the appointment to refill our dog's prescriptions. I understand that they are a busy vet office, but in this ... read more
Very disappointed in this hospital last night they Took my money for anabiotic's for a cough that wasn't even necessary. when I had a friend come over that was a vet tech look at my dog and know exactly what was wrong with my baby without any test, and right away he knew my dog was in congestive heart failure...only three hours after I left Abby pet hospital,when they made it seem like my dog was gonna be OK did he pass away... Very unhelpful when I asked that your hospital scan any brown and white Cavalier King Charles Spaniel female that came into your facility. How difficult would that be? Other hospitals I have contacted were more that happy to take an extra minute to scan for a stolen pet.
