The vet's here are AWESOME in my experience, but the reception in our experience is awful. I've had two very negative experiences recently. The first was an insane amount of hold time. I waited on hold for 20 mins, only to be sent to voice mail, when I called back, I was put on hold for another 20 minutes, and then when they finally got to me, the receptionist said something akin to "Didn't we just speak?". Very disappointed in this hospital last night they Took my money for anabiotic's for a cough that wasn't even necessary. when I had a friend come over that was a vet tech look at my dog and know exactly what was wrong with my baby without any test, and right away he knew my dog was in congestive heart failure...only three hours after I left Abby pet hospital,when they made it seem like my dog was gonna be OK did he pass away... Very unhelpful when I asked that your hospital scan any brown and white Cavalier King Charles Spaniel female that came into your facility. How difficult would that be? Other hospitals I have contacted were more that happy to take an extra minute to scan for a stolen pet.
