I 100% understand why theres only 2 stars for this place before leaving this review... George in the parts department is less than competent to answer the phone and help any customer with questions... Their service department sucks. Never returned my call. Guess I'll have to drive to Mesa to the only dealer that I was able to schedule service.
Total bait'n'swift "used car" salesman...not sure why they waste their own time never mind the customer. Would never buy a car from them!
Be very careful in dealing with the salespeople at ABC Nissan. They over promise and under deliver. My Spouse and I went in on Labor day to get information about buying our leased Rouge. The lease was going to run out in November, and we had paid it up months before. We decided to purchase the Rouge because it had low miles, and we had taken good care of it. Bought a nissan murano from them..Salesman BeMoe and Ian Ison was awesome its when you get to the finance department where the shenanigans start. Signed contracts with them then get a call from them saying that they lowered the price of the car and to come in to resign contracts..but what actually happened was they REMOVED MY GAP INSURANCE, PREPAID MAINTANACE PLAN AND SHORTENED MY EXTENDED WARRANTY TERM and didnt tell me until i brought it up to them which in the first contract sitting the finance manager urged me to have... read more
They called me and harassed me for nearly 3 weeks to put in an application. I told them several times they would not be able to get me approved with my credit and trade equity. I finally applied after several emails and they never even responded to me. If they ignore you before you pay them, I can only imagine what they do after.
If I could give ABC Nissan 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for a complementary oil change and Saktek for Saturday at 3:20pm and waited almost a month for the appointment. When I went to ABC Nissan at that time, I was told that they couldn't do anything with my car because they close at 4pm. This company has been harassing me every other day for the past 4 months about a car they sold to me in 2016 that I traded in at a different dealership. I've told every single representative that I don't own that car, I have purchased a new car this year and to please remove me from their call list and yet I get at least 3-4 calls a week and at least one email a month. Unhappy with the service. They are only nice when you are purchasing a car. The second you decided not to get a car you are completely ignored. I sat at the front chairs waiting to speak to a manager and was not talked to or even looked at. I was thinking ohhh no popcorn or soda this time. I traded in my car but was called 2 wks. later stated my traded in was not worth what they paid it for. I was like okay that's fine I will bring the car back. .
