Absolutely PATHETIC! If I could give a ZERO I would! Actually, make that -5 stars! My poor sister in law went in to get her first car. She's 18. So she was very excited she was able to do this on her own! She came home with a car and absolutely loved it! She had it for a week! Called to make the down payment and told her to come in (they didn't tell her over the phone that they were planning TO TAKE THE CAR BACK!). She was so confused, and upset. Bought a car from here in 2012 by 2015 the ac went out the rear differential was leaking everywhere and the connection to my drive shaft busted while driving. The service department was always a disaster so ended up going elsewhere now in 2020 no matter how many times I ask them to remove me from their call back list I'm still getting sales calls.

The past five months that I have been dealing with the individuals from this dealership has been an absolute mess. In November, I was in a hit and run and someone totaled my vehicle. I went to ABC Nissan to browse, in no hurry to make a purchase because I was waiting for my insurance to finalize everything on my previous vehicle. Avoid this place like the plague!!! Short Story: car was listed at ~$13k however there were $5K in bogus "Dealer Upgrades" attached, including $2k "Advertising Fee" Long Story: I had come in looking at a used car that I saw online listed for ~$13k. Walked into the dealership on February 23rd 2020 with a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta that had 7580 miles on it and a 660 credit score. Looked to upgrade to something a little nicer and was shown a 2019 Nissan Altima. The deal that they financed me at was a total price gauge. No Altima ever built can sell for 26,475 but that was the deal of the year they offered me. This dealership sucks. I went there and made a deal on a 2017 Nissan Rogue. I was given the monthly payment, the APR %. They are soo desperate to sell a car and in a hurry to do so. I asked an employee and she said they don't sell many cars. There were only 2 customers in the showroom. Both had nightmare stories about the dealership. I spoke with Jason he made the deal. I went to ABC Nissan to purchase (write a check) for a 2019 Nissan ,vehicle my spouse had already discussed and negotiated the price with. I arrived, met the salesperson (Chad). He goes to get some paperwork, comes back and ask me not to shoot the messenger. Somehow the car had gone from $16674 to $18302 since I arrived with cash in hand ready to purchase. Worst experience in a car dealership I've ever had! I went in Friday January 3rd just looking after talking to Adam the general manager on the phone he set me up with a sales person chad. When there Chad was helpful at first. We agreed on a car and a payment they ran my credit and said I qualified and everything! Plot twist this is were everything went down hill.
