Here is an update to my experience with the dishonesty I experienced from the Finance Manager at ABC Nissan which left me owing $10,000. This review is for the sales department only (the service dept is great). I was looking for used vehicle. After inquiring online for one at ABC Nissan I received multiple calls/emails etc. When I finally picked up, the salesperson asked what I was looking for. I indicated a make/model/year range and specified AWD. I was told there were plenty of used cars they had not listed online that met this criteria. So I set up an appointment to visit later that day. We worked with Joseph and it was really bad experience for us! One of the worse car dealership I been so far! We made a deal over the phone with Joseph for out the door price. We came to ABC Nissan to test the car and close the deal! There were some issues with the car that we wanted to be fixed (missing sun visor clip and carpet clip) and he said it's not a problem. I looked at this business online three years ago when I was considering buying a Nissan. Over the past three years, I have received 139 phone calls from them and have requested I be removed every SINGLE time. I have left voicemails, I have picked up the phone, I have contacted every number I can think of to stop being harassed. Do NOT give this people your phone number unless you are prepared to get a new number. Every time I block one number they call from, I get a call from another phone number the next time.
THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE HALF A STAR!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! We purchased a car on November 28th. We NEVER received any paperwork from the lender because ABC spelled my name wrong. Three weeks went by and nothing. I called our lender to find out when our payment was due, and they still didn't have my information! Highest hidden fees on top of a list price I've ever experienced and patronizing customer service
I bought a car here three years ago, which was a good experience at the time, a friend was a Sales person there and since about 6 months after my purchase, they just continuously call me trying to sell me a car or upgrade. I have asked them multiple times to remove me from their call list and that I've moved out of state and I have called their reception and even spoken to a floor manager to ask to be removed as its turned into a weekly harassing call. I would give them no stars if I could. This place is gaslight central. Drove from South Chandler because I was assured that it was going to be the deal I couldn't refuse and if I did leave without buying, the manager claimed he would gas up my car for the trouble.....none of these things happened. Discrimination from josh started stating that my mother's drivers lindens had restrictions I have never heard this before when I told him he didn't know what he was talking about he got frustrated that's when I divided to leave. Please don't go to this place they tell you one thing over the phone and when they get to the dealership they paint you a whole different story I will be reporting this to the BBB please people stay away
