Fiance department trying to force you to buy extra car ins. that's not aren't necessarily needed. Will give me a 3% from %6 interest only if I agree to add all this extra bullshit ins. Pathetic fiance department!

Imagine going to simply get a recall fixed on your car ... and getting a call stating your car battery is not good. Prior to today's visit I went to get an oil change with my reg. Mechanic two days ago and nothing was wrong with this (Nissan 84-Month limited warranty) battery . I finally get back to the service department to pick my car up and my car DOES NOT START AT ALL! So the AC compressor went out of my Nissan van. I took it to ABC Nissan to have the dealer look at it. They charged me $170 to diagnose it. Then they said the compressor was bad and it would be $1900 to fix it. I took it to a local garage, and got the new OEM compressor installed for $500 (took an hour) and they said that the diagnosis that Nissan did takes about 15-20 minutes. Just a heads up. Support local

Avoid these guys like the plague. I recently finished the lease on my Nissan, and went into this dealership to buy the car. The quote was several thousand above the residual value of the car, so I went through the quote item by item. They had added a $499 "disposition fee" that was apparently from Nissan and automatically charged to anyone buying their car, and a $499 "doc fee" that went to the state of Arizona. Very disappointing sales experience today at ABC Nissan. 1. After communicating back and forth with my salesperson, I was finally able to schedule a time at the dealership today at 10:00 am. When looking for a vehicle I like to do all the research up front so when I go to look at something, I know exactly what I am looking for and do not have to waste till looking at vehicles that do not interest me. RUN AWAY VERY FAST FROM ABC NISSAN..!!! Please read this review before you even think about working with them. I will start by saying I need to be moved by excellent service or horrendous service in order for me to take the time to write a review. ABC NISSAN is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I wrote a 1 star review in February. I won't repeat the details- good salesman, absolutely horrible sales manager, so a horrible experience. Several days later, Josh S. responded on Yelp, asked for my contact information, and explained they wanted to address my issues. I responded, and promptly forgot about it. Today I was deleting old e mails, and found the e mail where Josh responded, and so I remembered again. Second time I shopped this dealership, will never do that again. Lack of professionalism and horrible customer service. This place is exactly why people have a negative mindset to buying a vehicle at a dealership. Be smart and avoid this place.
