Top notice service! One of the best veterinary hospitals in SD. Great friendly and caring service. Upfront pricing and reasonable fees. They never sell you what you don't need. I drive an extra 30 minutes from home just to come here.
We visit frequently with our aging pets and I have been very happy with their care. Just pack some patience because they are so good, they do tend to get very busy but it's worth the wait for my fu babies.
We had a wonderful experience with this vet hospital. All of the staff members are filled with compassion and kindness. I brought my pet here a few weeks ago and they gave us various options for treatment and absolutely no pressure when deciding which course of action to take. We appreciate their professionalism and wouldn't hesitant to use them again if needed.
I am really thankful I was referred here by friends. Despite this vet clinic being out of my zip code, I do not kind the drive to receive wonderful customer service and competent vet services. And this speaks volumes in my case because for the last two years, my pet saw a vet only 15 minutes away from me. Amazing staff and doctors!! I have a rabbit and they were extremely gentle and completed a full exam, it's not easy finding exotic vets but ABC has incredible doctors!! Highly recommend and they have flexible hours, open early and late and on the weekend which is so nice and convenient!
We have been taking our 7 yo fur baby to ABC for years now, and will never go anywhere else! I love that they are open every day of the week and I love how well they treat our pup every visit! I trust the vets and staff completely and know they will always take the best care of our boy. The staff here is kind, vets are knowledgeable, and the covid-19 drop off was well set up. However my concern was around the charges. There were many charges that were recommended to me that seemed unnecessary. Their recommended total was +900$ versus the 450$ actual paid amount. Fantastic experience. My pooch was itching like crazy and looked miserable. So at 4:00 pm on a Sunday I drove to ABC Vet, called and let them know I was outside and too my surprise they squeezed him in within 45 mins. Given COVID-19 I couldn't go inside with my pooch. A+ care and treatment at a reasonable cost. After our terrier poodle was bitten by a rattlesnake, we initially took her to a different veterinary hospital where we were treated to an amateur display of unbridled capitalism and a complete lack of empathy. We decided to urgently shop around a little bit before committing to her treatment and literally within minutes we were able to move her to ABC where we received prompt care for a fraction of the cost.
