The staff here is kind, vets are knowledgeable, and the covid-19 drop off was well set up. However my concern was around the charges. There were many charges that were recommended to me that seemed unnecessary. Their recommended total was +900$ versus the 450$ actual paid amount. Fantastic experience. My pooch was itching like crazy and looked miserable. So at 4:00 pm on a Sunday I drove to ABC Vet, called and let them know I was outside and too my surprise they squeezed him in within 45 mins. Given COVID-19 I couldn't go inside with my pooch. A+ care and treatment at a reasonable cost. After our terrier poodle was bitten by a rattlesnake, we initially took her to a different veterinary hospital where we were treated to an amateur display of unbridled capitalism and a complete lack of empathy. We decided to urgently shop around a little bit before committing to her treatment and literally within minutes we were able to move her to ABC where we received prompt care for a fraction of the cost. We took a chance and switched Willows care from Nordahls pet clinic to ABC and so glad we did. I was able to get an appointment the next day- Booking was very easy. Although, it was a drive up visit- I am glad Willow was still able to be seen. The techs seemed very genuine.... Dr. Heather Kaplan was very nice. She was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know. Paid a pretty penny but I'm satisfied with the service. Dr.Myers and the rest of the staff did a tremendous job in helping me out with my pup Azula recently. She was sick and she was unable to eat but sure enough, they figured out the problem and we're able to help her on her feet. Within two days she perked back up, Is eating and now I'm just keeping an eye on her to make sure she stays ok. I loved how attentive they were. They followed up a few times to make sure she was ok and and went above and beyond to help her needs. Thank you for saving my pup, it means a lot.

This is THE BEST VET I've ever known. We had a diagnosis a few days before seeing Dr Kaplan where another vet said Sophie had a serious tumor that must be removed immediately as it "may be" interfering with a major vein in her leg ($1300). Dr Kaplan looked at it and immediately said it was nowhere near the vein, was most likely a fluid filled cyst, and that she was not at all worried about it but would aspirate it just to confirm what it was. 15 minutes later she walked back in with a syringe full of clear fluid and the bi... read more

Dr. Meyers and her staff went above and beyond for our fur baby. She addressed every need and gave us peace of mind that our puppy was gonna be okay and well taken care of. We will definitely be using her as our regular vet and I'd recommend her to all my friends and family.
Dr. Kaplan is one of the kindest people I have ever met. We have been taking our pets to her for years. We've had a few complicated issues with one of our cats and she takes her time to explain everything and is so gentle and caring with my animals. She's not just a great vet she's a great human being.
