I was originally referred here by one of my coworkers after having a lot of poor experiences with other vets. I love this place! The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful and they don't try to overcharge you or make you feel pressured to do things that are not necessary. I have been taking my dog Dakota to Dr. Kaplan for a little over a year now and just recently rescued our new puppy Aubrey that I will continue to bring here and do all procedures through ABC.

Everyone at ABC is INCREDIBLE!! Our big dog Bonsai, just had a TPLO performed by Dr. Neichin (highly recommend him if you need this for your pet) and everything went great. We have our entire pack of animals being cared for by Dr. Kaplan & Dr. Wandrey (they are both amazing) and crew. The service is exceptional, the prices are fair and the staff is incredible. Just had an emergency with our dog, we for right in and our dog got taken back to surgery. The staff was amazing and Dr.Kaplan is seriously the best. She is so sweet and caring. We haven't used them before but for any emergency or questions I will definitely use them.

We take both of our dogs to ABC and though we've seen multiple doctors (who are great), we work with Dr. Wandrey the most. ABC is always accommodating when I need to get one of our dogs in. I got a morning appointment when I called concerned about my dog's behavior during a walk. Turns out he had an abscessed anal gland due to poor gland expression during grooming visits. Dr. Wandrey was so kind and took good care of Louie. He had surgery that same day and was sent home with antibiotics and pain meds. ABC called to check in ... read more

We bring our two dogs here often. They are a little pricier but their hours are great since they are a hospital and and they are always clean and seem to love what they do with animals!

I moved down the area from Temecula. I had a great vet up there and was worried about finding another vet I like. I tried a vet in Escondido that had good reviews and that was awful. I saw the reviews on there about ABC being expensive, so I was a bit hesitant even though I heard great things about them. They have even treated a few dogs from Coastal German Shepherd Resuce where I adopted my dogs from. I called to talk to the receptionist. Longtime Patient, Customer Kudo's to Dr Kaplin and the Staff at ABC. She always takes time with us and our Pets. Always feel we get the best care possible. And we use the ABC Boarding services regularly. The telling sign it is worth it, our Dog is always happy to return. We sure the service for day trips and vacations. Everyone on the staff has known her from a little puppy and calls out her name when she walks in. Makes us feel good she is happy and cared for at a Vet vs a service that has no medical abilities.

This place is awesome! Finding a competent exotics vet is very difficult, finding one who can get you same day, on a SATURDAY is nearly impossible! Dr. Martin was able to see us within 2 hours from when I called, and I made it out for less than $200 which is almost unheard of when you have an exotic animal. Nobody was pushy, and they listened to all of my concerns. The front desk staff and techs were very friendly, and I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby as well.
