There was no flatware when we sat I had to get up and get it and we were all empty on our drinks and I had to flag down the waitress to get refills and in the gift shop got charged for two items when i purchased one went back in to get refund and manager was not nice

Food was very good. Service was extremely lacking. We didn’t get silverware/napkins with our appetizer- in fact about 2-3 minutes after our meals was served and we had to ask for it. We had to ask for drink refills. Being a higher end eatery in the area the service expectations were not met. We understand that the pandemic has impacted environmental aspects of dining but customer service should be improved.

The food and atmosphere was excellent but our service was horrible. When our food was brought out I asked the server if we could have forks- she said here ya go....but no forks and never came back. After several minutes I went up to the hostess stand to request silverware. I had also ordered a drink- never received the drink but it was put on the bill (which it did get removed). We went there on a girls trip and the AC was out (not their fault) but wait staff was phenomenal and efficient, despite the conditions ; however, the food was average at best and overpriced, I don’t mind paying money for good food, but this was not it.

Booked a table and had to wait for a very long time to be seated. The hostess was also waitressing and seemed overworked. I wanted the brisket tacos and was told they were out of them. I ordered the chicken and garlic mashed potatoes and was told they were out of mashed potatoes long after I had already ordered. There were no other starches so I ordered broccoli which was undercooked and spicy. It took forever to get our food. The waitress was good and attentive. We had a reservation for the patio. They gave our table away and we had to wait an hour just to sit down in the dining room. Took forever to get everything! The food is just mediocre. Too pricy for farm raised salmon and it fresh ingredients!! This was our second time there!! Same experience both times. 😡

TERRIBLE experience. Came in tonight to celebrate a birthday dinner with a reservation. We were seated on the patio at a picnic table directly in the sun. We asked to move to one of the 4 other open tables that were in full shade - seemed like a reasonable ask, considering there were multiple other tables open, but were told those tables were for reservations. Had a reservation and had to wait an hour past the reservation to be seated. It was so dark and no light above where we were sat it was hard to see our food. Also was seated in the bar and we were on our date night so wasn't what was expected. Got food and had no silverware for a bit.
