My husband and I had a reservation for 8:30 and it took them an hour past our reservation time to seat us. The waitress although kind couldn’t keep up with her 3 tables and there were several items we never received. It was my Birthday and we were in from out of town looking to have a nice dinner out, but this was far from what was advertised or expected. There was also a group of intoxicated individuals and one of the men came and sat with his beer at our table until finally his wife came and got him.
Way over priced. Got better food from McDonald’s. Service was amazing but that is about the only thing that was. BBQ sauce was almost boiling and when trying to put it on sandwich. Got burned by it.
My wife and I spent the weekend in Broken Bow and Houchatown for our 37th wedding anniversary. We chose Abendigos for our 37th anniversary dinner. As with other places we dine out at, we wear our mask to dinner and remove it once seated. When leaving the table for anything, such as going to the restroom, etc, we put our mask back on out of respect for both the restaurant’s policy and respect for other patrons. Excited to go here for our anniversary but was super loud could not enjoy our dinner & our medium filet was basically raw. Disappointed
Wait staff did not wear masks ... shame on you for not requiring!!! We sat outside & could smell sewer ... Bad!!!
Found the food average, considering the price point. Better options around.
Our waitress was horrible, my food and others was cold. We waited forever for drinks an refills. Was not satisfied.
The family wanted to go somewhere for a special meal so we booked here. The restaurant has been downgraded in a remodel. The service was terrible. The food was not good. Two of the others were very very unhappy.
The kitchen was backed up. Our waitress did not relay that information to us. At one point we sat for almost 40 minutes with no contact from any employee. We ordered steak and it was not cooked correctly. We sent it back and everyone was finished eating and the steak still had not come back out. When we asked about it they brought it out and it was burnt on the outside and very red on the inside. We asked to speak to a manager twice that night.
