I was really excited to experience the restaurant after reading great reviews. I left feeling disappointed. It was an anniversary celebration for my husband and I and the entire meal felt rushed. There was nothing romantic about our seating location and I made reservations in advance indicating it was a celebratory dinner. I felt the customer service was very lacking.
Would you like nachos served with your grease? We are a cabin owner and refer tons of guests here and expect so much more. This used to be my favorite place ever but serving this should embarrass you.
This is a very popular place. But the staff was slammed. Our server was nice but infrequent to visit. We had the scilillian nachos which were good. The kiddo had pasta and the Mrs had fish which were both fine. I had the chicken fried steak. While it was tender enough both the gravy and the batter were so salty that it was basically inedible. We were there 90 mins and paid $90 for food I couldn’t eat. I was sad.
Food was good, service was terrible. Waitress cut us short of $6 on our change back.
Took us over two hours to get our food. Never received our appetizers, food was cold. Some of the food never came out. Missed side dishes. We were sat with our reservations timely. Ordered drinks and food within 10 minutes of being seated. Did not receive any food for over an hour and a half. Food was expensive and not very good, and service was AWFUL!
To start, our server was great. Melissa, I think. We checked in, and requested a booth. The hostess immediately took us to a table, and when we requested a booth, she literally just walked back to the front. Didn’t say a word. Just turned around and walked to the hostess stand. Took to long to wait on us. Barged me more than menu price and charged me for two margaritas when I just ordered one. Food was good but expensive but I’ll never go back because of the overcharge. If price is on menu then charge that amount.
Service was not great and I wasn’t impressed at all with the food. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but it definitely wasn’t very good.
Was 82* degrees inside! Took 20 mins for someone to take our drink order. No drinks refills until it was time to pay the check. Requested on our online reservation that we had a birthday. No mention of it. Food was okay at best.
